The 60-Day Happy Cat Promise

We want you (and your cat) to love Nine Lives Nutrition. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, let us know within 60 days and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund of the product price. No stress, no fuss.

How to request a refund

Just reach out within 60 days of your order and we'll take care of you:

  1. Email hello@ninelivesnutrition.com (or use our Contact page).
  2. Include your order number and a quick note about what wasn't right.
  3. We'll reply with next steps — most refunds are approved on the spot.

You're welcome to keep, finish, or donate any opened tub — you don't need to mail back a half-used product to get your refund.

Refund timing

Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are flexible — you can skip, reschedule, change frequency, or cancel anytime from your account or the link in any subscription email. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, make changes before your next billing date. Already-shipped subscription orders are covered by the same 60-day promise above.
